Waco CPAAA and Waco C.O.P.s were at the Richland Mall on Halloween night to hand out Candy to our children.  Our volunteers had a great time handing out goodies and seeing all the children dress in costumes.

The candy given away by the volunteers was donated by Waco Police officers, civilian employees and volunteers at the Waco Police Dept.

Spiderman came in for some candy.  Crime fighting takes a lot of energy.
